Hi. This is Adam Boobin, the Mets writer at the Daily Boob. We've spoken a few times.

Kris' name has obviously come up a lot in trade talks recently and my understanding is that ownership -- even if it's prudish or ultra-conservative -- is leery about your upcoming shoot with Playboy, which my understanding is would be published in March, coinciding with spring training.

Would you or Kris have any thoughts on this? I'm flying to Dallas and will be in the air from 3 - 7 p.m. ET, but any reply by phone or e-mail would be great.

I hope you didn't mind the story if you read it.

I wrote for the sports section, and while I was flying to Dallas the news side took it. They rewrite the stories on their side, so it really wasn't my words.

I wrote it like a sports story. They wrote it more like a news/gossip item.
